The best part of my job is meeting fantastic people like Lauran and Nick. Their wedding was held on a stunning spring day and luckily my favourite Murwillumbah blossom trees were in flower.

In between gentle rain and glorious sunshine Adele and John pledged their love before friends and family. As usual Peter and Charlie and the rest of the crew at the delightful rainforest retreat Mavis’s Kitchen and Cabins did a fantastic job. With the spectacular and dramatic Mt Warning in the background it was a wonderful day for the happy couple. Congratulations!

Kingscliff Tweed Coast Wedding Photographer

weddings

With a wild green ocean as a dramatic backdrop Sarah and Matt tied the knot on the Kingscliff foreshore – the couple looked fabulous and the rain held off just long enough. Kingscliff is a great location for a beach wedding, and since Matt wrote his wedding proposal to Sarah in huge letters in the sand a seaside ceremony was just perfect. And many thanks to the marvellous Helen Gardiner from Kingscliff Beach Bowls Club who made sure the reception and dinner went smoothly. Congratulations Sarah and Matt.

I can’t wait to photograph Marta and James’ wedding later this autumn.

Not only are they a gorgeous couple but they know how to have fun!

This session was shot on a hot and humid summer afternoon…

Nicole and Brian were married in Dallis Park, a gorgeous quiet location next to the Tweed River. It was an honour to photograph two people so much in love and so happy to be in each others arms!

portraiture

This family had their heart set on an image that spoke of spring and  a new life in a new place.

So we set up a time and place and hoped the storms wouldn’t blow the flowers from the trees…and that spring wouldn’t arrive too early!

As luck had it the timing was perfect for a golden afternoon.

Between sunshine and showers  two beautiful people were married in a beautiful place.

Maree and Adrian wed at Mavis’ Kitchen at the foot of Mount Warning on a gorgeous spring day and I was lucky enough to be there to capture it.

Here are just a few favourites.
